India Grille - Wilmington

Eating is okay. We ordered Veg Biriyani, Grill Fish to dip. They took more than 1/2 hour to prepare and bring the food, although there were only 2 tables filled with people. That was really frustrating. Table service was good. Immediately the water and also the pad 1 served for each person. The Vegetable Biriyani was so oily. The barbecue was okay. Only one person was there to serve. They took so long to give the receipt also for payment. Credit card payments are accepted. Rest room for men women is available and well maintained clean.

The food was delicious; but the lunch menu is either the $18 buffet or the complete serving/price dinner menu. Lunch ends at 2:30 and the restaurant opens again at 17:00 for dinner. 4 out of 5 stars because of the expensive lunch. Will come to dinner instead in the future.

Update: The food was delivered to our neighbors. Who wasn't home? Just now (7:58) he came home and brought the food over. Our house number is marked in 3 different places and we have lights on the whole front of the house. We ordered the delivery from their website when they opened at 5 p.m. and it's now 7:29 and I?m still waiting for my food. I called and got a non-chalant? I'm pretty sure it's on the way?. I was really excited about this place because they seem more authentic than others in the area, but I guess I'll never know.

Whenever I'm over to Wilmington, I go to India Grille. Taste and quality of food is great and portions are generous. Love the freshly baked Naan. I will certainly come back, however, they should be a little more attentive my online order seemed to be missing and then they confused themselves with what to prepare, so I had to wait for quite a while.
