Green Box Kitchen - Wilmington

Stopped by at the Delco location and needed something to nibble on. Decided to go with the PB&J Toast. So I should have ordered two. I think I found my guilty pleasure. Add this with some milk? I think I may just cry from joy.

Beautiful store. Modern aesthetics, mixed with a tinge of minimalism. The menu is small but packed with quality. The employees were genuinely kind and helpful. They gave us samples, and taught us how to pronounce some tricky ingredients. They also have a small selection of fresh fruit for sale. And they host a small homemade soap store inside their shop. We picked up some soap, antiperspirants and sugar scrub. Hope to come back here super soon.

Great fast casual vegan place! Went there ahead of my Amtrak ride to get lunch, which was perfect. Delicious sandwich....I got the chickpea tuna which was delicious and a generous size. Super friendly service and it was good to see the place crowded too. The person working seemed to know a lot of the customers... so they have regulars! Love that for a vegan place :

Cool small local vegan spot. I ate my Belgian Waffle too fast to take a picture, but it was delicious. Coco Loco shake was also fire.
