Very polite and professional staff. Coffee is always good! I never had a problem at this point.

Independent of communication problems, this is unfriendly by employees in the window. I hope she will be treated directly at work, because it is a branch that exists at all. as if I am an inconvenience of a customer.

Waited over 45 minutes for our drinks and food. Staff seemed slammed so I understand a wait but man 45 minutes for Dunkin is a long time...

This morning I went to your establishment and had to go in because I’m a truck driver. There was four people working at 9 am and they wouldn’t serve me they told me the lobby was closed I explained to them I drive a diesel truck and they said oh well try to fit threw drive thru. Terrible customer service

The cashier did the transaction incorrectly wasn't aware of it had me waiting for 15 minutes come to find out they hadn't even completed my transaction so I waited for no reason. Never dealt with such unaware employees before in my life.
