Cheese Smith - Wilmington

One positive aspect of this restaurant is that they offer a vegan cheese option, as well as a specialty dish featuring buffalo cauliflower in place of chicken. However, the main drawback is that the dishes are quite greasy, and the extra fat from the vegan cheese doesn't improve the overall experience. While I appreciated the variety of options available, I wasn't a big fan overall.

I absolutely love the grilled cheese at this place. They offer the option to veganize most of their sandwiches by using vegan cheese, sauces, and cauliflower as meat replacements. The fries are also amazing, with a crispy spiced coating that is just perfect. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and they even serve Kombucha. Definitely check it out!

I recently dined at Cheese Smith and had the best grilled cheese sandwich I've ever tasted. The majority of their sandwiches can be made vegan, with options such as vegan cheese, sauces, and flower cabbage to replace meat. Their fries are also exceptional, especially with their delicious crispy spiced coating. The staff at Cheese Smith were incredibly friendly and accommodating. In addition to their impressive menu, they also serve kombucha. Overall, a fantastic dining experience.
