Applebee's Grill - Wilmington

Our server was really nice and attentive. She made us feel very welcoming. The quesadillas were really good and had a nice crunch. The spinach and artichoke dip was amazing as always. Would definetly go to this one again.

A bustling popular location this Applebee's was decorated beautifully for the Christmas/Holiday season. It was crowded but service was still quick with attentive servers and food coming out of the kitchen reasonably quick. Upon arrival the kids were provided with activity placemats. They enjoyed having their own simple menus to choose from. Our party had an appetizer plate of various fried foods (cheese sticks, nachos, and various wraps and sauces) which was a good size for a party of four adults and two young children. We selected entrés including salmon, chicken, beef and pasta. Everything arrived hot and was flavorful.

Applebee's is simply put, GREAT!! My sister loves the ribs and the sides that you can choose to go with them. I get the crunchy shrimp and the 4 cheese

All the times ive been to this location the service has always been excellent. Employees are always nice waitresses are always checking if we need anything. They messed up my order once but resolved the problem quick bringing me the right plate. I always come to this location with friends and/or family. Love their bourbon chicken with shrimp. Will be back for more

So I'm going with a 3 just because as of late service has not been what it usually is. We also order carside to go often , but idk if they are short on staff or manager on duty but we walked in today and restaurant was nearly empty however there were two groups of people waiting and then us , no one even greeted us , just got stares from the waiters then the hostess comes doesn't even acknowledge us and proceeds to walk away . Not even a hello , smile nada to even explain like hey there's a wait bc so and so . I mean we would have understood but we ended up walking out. Where has the hospitality gone?
