Master Pizza - Willowick

I ordered a pizza today and tried the Garlic Parmesan wings. Unfortunately, they had too much cheese, which made them hard to enjoy. I was hoping for a better balance, but it seems they went overboard. Overall, my experience wasn't as good as I had hoped.

If I had to choose the pizza place with the best customer service, it would definitely be Master Pizza. I've ordered from multiple places, but each time I go there, I'm greeted with such kindness and genuine care, which is hard to find these days. Let's show some appreciation for the hardworking team that crafts delicious pizza while maintaining their friendly approach. I'm also really thankful for the vegan options they offer. Keep up the great work with those large pizzas and fantastic service!

I ordered a gluten-free Detroit pizza, the pizza was cold, dough was not properly cooked, the edges of the pizza were burned and very difficult to chew, cutting crust. I was very disappointed. My husband has boneless wings and they were very good. I ordered this pizza before and it was delicious.

I am lactose intolerant an crave pizza sometimes. I stopped at master pizza hoping I could get a pizza no cheese. I did..vegan plant based suggested by jerome g. Thank you sooooo much Jerome it was awesome.???

Ordered a pizza from them and they literally forgot the pizza sauce on the pizza. It was for delivery instead of delivering me a new one or refunded me partial order they claimed to have added a credit to my account. Go to call to place an order today and use the credit and what do you know no credit on the account. Won't be ordering from here again.
