Yard House - Willow Grove

I absolutely love this place; it has a fun sports bar atmosphere. The wings are fantastic, and the spinach dip is incredible. I've sampled a variety of dishes from the menu, and I've never been let down! The staff is incredibly friendly, and I've had a wonderful experience every time I've visited.

Once again, our meals were delicious! My sister and I first came here a while back and were very satisfied with both the food and the service. We returned recently with my girlfriend from Florida, and she enjoyed the food as well, especially the Happy Hour 50% off Chicken Tacos. They were enormous and only $7! They were delicious, but next time we'll remember to ask for no jalapeño peppers, as they were a bit too spicy for us. My sister enjoyed her Cobb Salad, while I ordered the Cheeseburger for the second time. I absolutely love it and believe it’s the best I’ve had in a restaurant—so juicy! Their French fries are also excellent. The seating is comfortable and well spaced from other customers. The only downside was that I found the music to be a bit too loud for my liking. The chef made a point to come out, not for my table specifically, but took a moment to ask if I was enjoying my meal. This attention to detail and the personal touch were commendable. The food itself was good, beautifully plated, and well-prepared, although the quality of the ingredients could be improved, which is typical for a chain restaurant. The bar was a bit slower during my visit, but the tall gentleman working there was still attentive and maintained a wonderfully relaxed, welcoming vibe. On my next visit, I plan to sit at the bar for another salt-free passionfruit cocktail! Overall, the restaurant was clean and well-staffed, even though I didn't see an obvious manager around. However, the team seemed to have everything under control and exceeded my expectations. One suggestion: it might be nice to turn up the TVs or play livelier music; while I appreciate the sound of my own chewing, the atmosphere could use a bit more engagement, as I could clearly hear footsteps from people walking by.

I can not say enough positive about this place. If I could give 10 stars, I would. We had a large party had originally planned on going to Miller 's. After being told Miller 's could accommodate us, they changed their story and suddenly couldn 't accept our large party. I called this location on a whim and spoke with David, who assured me they would make our family dinner happen. Within 30 minutes, they were ready for all 18 of us. The team here made this one of the best dinners ever! The food was awesome, the 2 young ladies who took care of us were exceptional, and the atmosphere was incredible. Everyone went above and beyond to flip our night from frustrating back to joyous. Leaving here, everyone in my party could not stop talking about how amazing the night turned out, It had us all saying, 'Miller 's who? ' This will be our family gathering go to from now on!!!

We came here with a large group hockey team plus parents and siblings, probably 35 40 of us? I was so impressed with the friendly service, timely appearance of our food, and giving us a lot of grace with some crazy 11 yr old boys. We were well attended to with drinks and apps, and our entrees came out hot. Everything was very organized too. They knew who got what and kept all the food coming out in order of our seats. It’s really hard to find good service like this these days, but nearly impossible with a group of our size. Well done and thank you!!
