If employees weren't so consumed by their phones, maybe they could hear and prepare the order I actually wanted.

My iced coffee was wonderful. I got a peppermint mocha iced coffee this morning. The restaurant was clean and the service was wonderful.

This location is back to one of my favorites. They have been spot on with the coffee and I appreciate it so much!

I go here when I get the T-Mobile Tuesday $2 gift card. I try to stick with what I know which is glazed donuts. But the donuts and glaze never look good. It looks like they are selling day old donuts. Without that Tmobile credit I wouldn't patronize thislocation. I'll go all the way to the west side for Krispy Creams. Hell, going down the street to Giant eagle is a better choicefor donuts in this case. At least I know they're fresh.

I have never had a complaint until now. You can tell they do not care. I specifically asked for a type of donut and drive off and the donuts were completely different, not even close to the ones I had ordered. I was also about to drive off without astraw. I had to remind them to give me one. The attitude is also horrible as they don?t have much customer service. I?d ratherdrive out and go to another Dunkin that?s better.
