Green Mill Restaurant Bar - Willmar

Usually I order bone- in chicken wings and regular crust pizza. Good food. Nice atmosphere, patio seating. Chicken wings are good size. Today, I went with deep dish pizza and was not all that impressed. Too much sauce on top and the crust was tasteless.

Well the deep dish pizza I ordered tonight had literally no toppings. It was a big bread bomb covered in sauce. Sorry guys, but if I pay $25 for a 12 inch pizza, my expectations are bit higher than what you are putting out. The sauce and bread did have a decent flavor profile, but that's where it ended. Adding a dollar or two in cheese and ingredients on the back end would have made this pizza worth it on the front end. Now I'm a once a done customer and that's a shame because we order out frequently.

The food was great as well as the atmosphere. Unfortunately the prices are getting to be too much. For 3 adults and a child with an appetizer and 4 meals plus a beverage our bill was $120! I'm happy our meals were excellent because with those prices it will be awhile before we go there again.

We had dinner in Willmar, and it was excellent. The service was top-notch, and our server, Tammy, was fantastic. The next day, we had a party of 25, and everything was very good—everyone loved the food. They did a great job overall. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!
