The experience was fantastic! The food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Although the service was a bit slow due to limited staffing, it wasn't an issue at all.

I had a couple of malts, and they were delicious, though they were a bit overflowing. Thankfully, there was a rounded lid to keep everything in!

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The customer service was subpar, and I was let down by the quality of the food. My Blizzard was only half mixed, and there were no cookies in it halfway down. The prices were ridiculous for the small portions. The server was quite unprofessional, and my calls for assistance went unanswered. I cannot recommend this place—it was unacceptable!

Good food, but weird pricing structure when substituting a side. If you want cheese curds instead of fries, just save yourself the hassle of questioning the price and order the regular meal AND the cheese curds. It will be almost the same and you won'tfeel like you're getting scammed. I just wish they would price a substitution more like the product price difference $1-1.50)and not the whole product $3-4)! OR--if a customer is surprised by the huge jump in price and thinks it is a mistake, maybesome understanding or flexibility would help salvage the sale.
