My wife and I like trying different types of Chinese food/restaurants. After reading the reviews on their website we thought it can 't be that bad .... Oh trust me it was that bad We called in the order, only took about 20 minutes (pretty normal, not bad! We got our normal sweet-and-sour chicken combination with fried rice, crab Rangoon, and pork lo mein. When we got there hand written signs everywhere on the window and door, when we walked in, we went up to the counter the guy at the counter asked if we had masks on (clearly we didn 't he asked again and we said no for the second time. It smelled of cigarette smoke, very dark and dingy, not set up to dine in , very cluttered and dusty. One of the women behind the counter was slouched back in a chair at a desk on her phone. Other than the mask scenario the gentlemen put the bag of food on the counter, didn 't even tell us how much it was (we saw on the screen After we paid for it he put the change on the counter and didn 't say anything else. (No have a nice evening or thank you nothing! When we got out to our vehicle, we opened the bag to make sure we had the right order and everything was there. There were no napkins or utensils. The fried rice was OK, the container of lo mein was wrapped in a plastic bag and covered in sauce. It seems the only seasonings they used to flavor the food was soy sauce. The sweet-and-sour sauce was way too thick and way too sweet. The sweet and sour chicken was basically chicken fingers. The chicken seemed dry, old and the breaded crust was very greasy and not fully cooked. It tasted very much of old oil. The crab Rangoon again wasn 't cooked fully. The food was disgusting and we didn 't eat more than half of it. I am definitely not going back, and quite disappointed. If I could I would give it zero stars.
Tried them for the first time and ordered garlic shrimp. AMAZING! I think I went back less than a week later for the same thing. They gave a huge portion both times that was easily two meals. The spring rolls were also very good.
Internet website showed open til 9:30! Got there at 8:30 ……. Tons of signs on the door for “no mask no service” signs!! ? . Walk in to order…..told sorry we are closed!! Won’t go there again!!
There is zero attitude problem from the employees, the problem is the Karens and Darrens who can 't respect cultural differences and demand to be treated like royalty. The food is GREAT, reasonably priced, the service is fast, what more do you want? This is my new go-to place and I 'm so glad I finally tried it. Been here twice so far, ordered the same thing and it was yummy and consistent. Ignore those amateur, snobby, self-proclaimed food critics and try it!
