Friendly's - Williston

We arrived at 4:00 and had to wait to be checked in for 15 minutes and then we're told it would be another 20 min to be seated,which ended up being 45,although there were many empty tables. Finally seated and it took forever for food to come.All the help seemed to be in the kitchen,not sure if they were cooking food as well as waiting on tables.Lines of people waiting at the door and no help to be seen.we we're offered no explanation for this so I am assuming lack of help. I wouldn't have been so angry for lack of service if maybe the waitress or someone said ,gee I am sorry for the wait but we are short-staffed or something,but to have people waiting,and all staff in the kitchen just seems rude. All in all we were there for over 2 and a half hours....ridiculous...never again.

I can't say how the food was because my family never got seated. My husband and two kids stood at the door along with four other people that were waiting to be seated. We weren't even acknowledged by the waitress for almost 10 minutes. And then when she did come over, we were all told that if we wanted to wait it was going to be at least 15 minutes because they just got a table of 8. We were going to wait but then we still weren't seated, other people waiting weren't either, so we left. They only had the table of 8 and a table of 2 that were already eating. So if this staff can't handle one table at a time then I suggest get better help or close!

Last night went in and was turned away for the second time in 4 months. It was 6:45 pm and the waitress said they closed at 8:00 insinuating that there would just not be enough time. There were 4 in our group. I think there were maybe 4 5 tables full. Such a strange experience to walk in and be told to leave and that’s the second time it’s happened. Gone are the nostalgic Friendlys days there’s nothing friendly about this place.

Restaurant was not busy at all. Food was very good and well prepared. Their “Fribble” was soooo good! ?

Ate here yesterday and immediately got sick!!! was sick all night after eating this. I want my 60$ back I paid to get sick this isn't ok!!! waited 45 minutes for our drinks. was seated at a VERY DIRTY TABLE. NIGHT manager I assume walking around no mask looking very high. it wasn't busy at all... very very nasty how is this place still serving
