Brasa Rodizio 2 - Williston Park

While my original review was frustrated, I got a call from a DoorDash representative that notified me that the restaurant was sorry for the mishaps and that they knew I was a regular (yea i order from here often). Apparently, the wrong dasher got my order. It happens. Long story short, food is here is amazing and will not disappoint if you like bbq meat.

Food is good. Issue is that management is inconsistent. Often times I get the wrong order because management gives the wrong order to the wrong dasher... other times the order is incorrect... and there are missing items... other times it 's just insane that the order gets cancelled 1-2 hours after ordering because 1) the restaurant is closed but Open on doordash or 2) they gave the food to the wrong dasher and there 's no remediation option so they cancel 2 hours after you 've been waiting for food.... Legit if they can just figure out how to get the operations side of things functional it would be a hit.

The rodizio meat was salty and overcooked
