There was a beautiful gorgeous Latina working the working the window I asked for 2 jalapeño kolaches and one strawberry glazed donut she gave me 2 instead and that was really nice of her she was very pretty by the way I will marry definitely be back

12:30pm TuesdayCraving shipley donuts and extremely disappointed. Went through the drive thru and nobody there. Open sign is turned on. All doors locked. Went back and waited and waited and finally someone showed up. Cold donuts, and she had a lousy attitude. The crave is over lol. ?

No croissants and the coffee is trash. It taste like they put one scoop of coffee beans in for six gallons of coffee. I now understand why people pay more for a cup of coffee elsewhere.

The donuts are consistently fresh and the customer service is consistently excellent at this restaurant!

We ordered two donuts from this restaurant through Uber Eats. Unfortunately, they did not have the donuts we originally ordered, so they tried to call us to let us know. We missed the call, but they went above and beyond by giving us a complimentary half dozen donuts to make up for it. Excellent service overall.
