Simply put there aren't any good or even decent Burger King's in this area. Customer service is always borderline rude. You don't like your job quit! Food wasn't fresh even with a long wait

The difference with this particular BK is the HOT food. Cold fries and burgers suck. I drive from Huntsville to come to eat HOT fresh food at this BK in Willis. The staff here is always so friendly. A couple of times they have turned my frown upside down with their customer service skills. Or maybe Ivan and Yasmin are just genuinely happy people.
Today was the second time I ordered a Texas Whopper and didn't get the Jalapeno's!
