Tim Hortons - Williamsville

I used the drive-thru, and the girl who took my order was friendly. However, when I reached the window, the cashier didn't say a word—not even a thank you or have a nice day. It seemed like they had no idea about customer service. Additionally, the parking lot is small, and the drive-thru line tends to back up quickly.

I wouldn't recommend getting food from this Tim's unless you're willing to go inside and watch them prepare it.

Disappointing experience! I visited three different locations, and I can’t understand why all the ice cap machines seem to be out of order so frequently.

Very friendly staff at this location. Clean. Professional. And they don't stop moving!

I absolutely love this Tim Hortons! Anna is incredibly friendly and helpful, always smiling while she assists and serves you. She even helped me with the app. I truly appreciate her kindness and positive spirit. You really make this place special, Anna. Thank you for all your assistance!
