Koi Sushi - Williamsville

Love the new space— called Hokkaido now. tons more options, though it's pretty DIY— get your own utensils, menus, napkins, etc. the dishes were kinda smacked on the table and the ramen was definitely boring and not hot at all (maruchan/cup noodles ramen beat it), shoyu especially was jus salt thrown innit with 3 pieces of shrimp and the tofu was the worst ive had. the scallion pancakes were incredible and the drinks are lovely, though!! really suggest the sushi burrito with eel though, just maybe without the pickles. will try for the 3rd time soon and update !

New owners! You can tell they put a lot of love and hard work into this place. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, place was beautifully decorated. Food was fantastic, as were the prices. Who knew the best sushi in Buffalo would be on Hopkins?Disclaimer: I only ever get the same roll anywhere I go, that said, Hokkaido's was primo.

So this place changed ownership and is no longer kio sushi and also bo longer all you can eat. Looks nice and Shiny with a updated look and feel. I am leaving a 3 star in disappointment

Worm in my food : idk what to do. It was a Uber eats order. I don’t get food poisoning
