Wawa - Williamstown

This restaurant is in a fantastic location for grabbing gas, coffee, or a bite to eat. It's easily accessible from Blackhorse Hecht and offers plenty of parking. The shop is consistently neat and well-organized, and the customer service is excellent. They typically have two or three cash registers open during busy times, so I've never experienced a long wait. Plus, their coffee bars are well-stocked most of the time!

Honestly, I believe having a Wawa convenience store in every city is one of the best perks of living in New Jersey. I'm genuinely hesitant to move elsewhere because I can't imagine a place without Wawa! You can always rely on Wawa being open late, 24/7, year-round—perfect for those late-night snacks at 11 PM. Additionally, most locations are now Super Wawas, which means they also serve as gas stations, providing a variety of options. Plus, the public restrooms are consistently clean and sanitary!

I visit this Wawa quite frequently, and I always encounter two employees who are incredibly friendly and attentive during my visits. In the morning, it's Mary at the register, and in the evening, it's Robert—though I think he works a few shifts later. I always leave feeling good after interacting with them because they are so kind.

Tell others why you love this place? LOL... because it's Wawa! All joking aside...yes it's Wawa...it's convenient,it's fast,you have pretty much everything you want or need (that can be quite expensive though),the food is not bad and there are a variety of ways. The Curbside Pickup is convenient, but there are limits to what you can order... like 2 liters of soda bottles (this Wawa limits your choices to coke or diet coke), milk gallons, and many of the 'create your own 'shot options, choices that are readily available when you order inside. They have well adapted by Covid, need masks, have well placed protective barriers to ensure the well-being of customers employees and social confrontation with visible signs indicating the proposed six foot distance between customers. Wawa obviously does something right although not usually packed to the rafters with customers, it is always busy and yet you can still be in a matter of minutes.

I frequent this Wawa, I live down the road and I am there multiple times a day.The overall service of this Wawa is wonderful. HOWEVER there is one worker that works coffee who ruins the atmosphere. I don’t know her name but I was there this morning, Thursday 1/30/20 and she was working. Every time I am there she is miserable. She doesn’t fit in with the other workers and it was obvious the other workers get annoyed with her as well. This morning she completely killed my mood, that is what pushed me to finally write this review in hopes that something is done.
