This is terrible. it's not the purest. the Deli department is terrible. the deli not on what they want. you have to tell them several times.

It was my first time with the shoprite pharmacy of zallie. I called to see if my recipe was received and if it was ready. the woman on the phone.

This is my first review ever and unfortunately it’s a bad one. Personally I don’t like to leave reviews based off one bad experience but this was BEYOND upsetting. I called the bakery department on Tuesday to reserve a cake for my sister’s birthday to be picked up on Thursday. Thursday comes and surprise; no cake. I faulted myself thinking it would’ve been better for me to reserve it in person instead of over the phone, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered the cake again but in person to be picked up on Friday. I was even being given a detailed receipt to supposedly ‘guarantee’ they’ll get it right this time. I call Friday and they have no receipt, no recollection of my order and you guessed it; no cake. I had to call every bakery I could think of until someone thankfully had the cake I needed in stock and trust me; it wasn’t shoprite. If you’re going to buy a cake from them right then and there while you’re in the store, fine. If you’re thinking about reserving one like I did even days before the pickup date, just save yourself the time frustration and order from a trusted bakery instead because you will be disappointed. Twice.

This is my story last night, I'm so upset and filling bad for service... I'm make sure if you saw this girl she can't help and support anything for you... just waste your time and get bad altitude form her.
