Applebee's Grill - Williamstown

I have never had a negative experience at this restaurant until today. We arrived at 8:30 PM and the place was not very crowded. Our usual waitress, who has always been helpful, seemed to be absent and someone else brought our food to us. Unfortunately, by the time our food arrived, it was already cold. I normally do not like to leave negative reviews, but I believe it is important to provide feedback for potential improvements.

The food and service at this restaurant are consistently excellent. I have never been disappointed.

Have been messing up literally EVERY order we had made! I've been giving it the benefit of the doubt due to delivery,take out, and now indoor again,,, but waited an hr on top our 45 mins sitting there already at our time, steak has moo'd literally crawled out of my to go container,I gave it 3 star because food was good butttt,,, we spent 80$ for my birthday and they completely messed up the whole and was missing stuff! It's been something every time we go!

Wonderful service. Clean and nice to take grandkids for lunch or dinner. Workers are great.

The manager was super awesome. My bacon on my burger wasn't cooked well. He took it back and made sure it was done.
