The Bistro - WILLIAMSTON

Came in for lunch about 2:30pm. I had the crab bisque. Creamy rich seafood goodness with a spicy finish. Hubby had the grilled cheese with a side of salt vinegar fries. The vinegar was present but not overwhelming. The gruyere and cheddar cheese were blessed with perfectly cooked bacon and a fresh tomato. Hubby said the fries were so well-seasoned that he didn't need the ketchup. Gluten-free Decadent Chocolate Cake is like a fudge brownie soaked in dark chocolate. So $ing good. Staff very friendly.

Swanky little dive, great staff, Moscow mule was handcrafted unlike the norm. Decor was great local photography and art. Will be back to try the dinner menu

If there were 10 stars I would give it 10!! This is some of the best food in the entire Lansing area!! If you're looking for extraordinary cuisine, great atomoshpere, good service and a food network presentation you have to visit Gracie's!! Everything is delicious!! My favorites so far..crab bisque, hush puppies like none I've ever tasted, and the shrimp po boy!! Come try them for yourself!! An excellent fine dining experience!! A gem! Hats off to the chef!!!

My Bistro Burger was the BOMB! Texture, flavor, juiciness, accompaniments were all on-point! And don't let me get started about the salted vinegar fries... Scrumptious...

We really enjoyed all the food we had and definitely will return. The service was great as well with our server being friendly and on top of things. Only slight disappointment was a sticky table a untidy floor, both pet peeves of mine! Don't miss the strawberry bruschetta.
