Hardee's - WILLIAMSTON

The food was served hot and delicious, but the service was a bit slow. Additionally, the staff did not wear masks.

I visited this restaurant a bit later than usual for dinner one night. I had to wait at least five minutes in the drive-thru before anyone acknowledged me, and then I was told to wait longer. After about seven or eight minutes, I was finally able to place my order. The staff member on the speaker was rude and very curt with me. I ordered a combo meal and a milkshake, but was quickly informed that they were out of chocolate. When I asked about vanilla, I was told that the machine was broken. It would have made more sense for them to mention the machine issue when I first asked for chocolate, but whatever. The person at the window was just as rude as the one on the speaker, maintaining that attitude throughout our interaction. There were several cars in front of me waiting for their food. Once I finally received my order, the food was decent, but it felt like a little bit of customer service would have gone a long way that night.

I was only at Hardees maybe a dozen times, but every time I get through, it's fast, even if I order something special. The food is hot and delicious. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is that they left my sauces and straw a few times.

I ordered a hot ham and cheese sandwich, but it took too long to arrive—over 20 minutes, which is a long wait for a drive-thru order. The French fries were cold as well. Perhaps it was just an off day for Hardee's, and I happened to visit during that time.

There were not enough employers waited a long time for food but it was fresh and hot they were out of their newest burger and did not offer to make my coupon good for something they could fix.
