Update: I still love this place! Today, I ordered a drink that wasn’t exactly to my liking, so I called, and Chris answered the phone. He was very polite and eager to help, inviting me to come in so he could remake it. I arrived about 15 minutes later, and he was more than happy to assist me and prepare a new drink. The customer service is outstanding, and I will continue to come here because of it.
I ordered my usual drink: a large iced white chocolate mocha latte with sweet foam, caramel drizzle, and an extra shot of espresso. The price was $0.53 less than what I normally pay, but I didn’t think much of it at the time. Unfortunately, just as I was about to leave, I realized they had forgotten my caramel drizzle, and I was already running late. The place was quite busy and seemed understaffed. I called to let them know, and Tyler was very accommodating, promising that my coffee would be on the house next time! Now that’s what I call excellent customer service!
I truly love Starbucks. They’ve always gotten my order right, which is a welcome change for me. We all make mistakes—we’re only human, after all—but it’s great to find a place that really strives to satisfy its customers. I'm happy to pay a little extra for quality coffee, and this location certainly meets those expectations. Plus, I appreciate the time I save by not having to go back for the correct order.
