Every time I go in for a pick up, the people are always friendly and the one lady is super

Order was completely wrong so I called in and asked Politely to get a new one and they told me they could not give me one and straight hung up on me. So unprofessional and disrespect!!

This pizza was not the usual pizza from here. Crust was thin, cheese was dried up. Very disappointing for playoff game day. Seems like the pizza had sat for longer than it took me to get there. Won't be back until I hear it is better.
