The Wine Seller - Williamsburg

Do not go in here not knowing what you want because the girl has no knowledge of beer. After telling her that my family has been in here and what beer they get she then finally said she would get the man. However he was very short and refused to answer questions too. Just said no and pointed to a 4 pack I did NOT want.

John is a Great owner with an ever changing selection of good draft beers for everyone's palate. Great selection of 4 pack of beers and some good single bottle beers. Great wine selection from all around the globe. Play domino's, cards or grab a light snack. Great place to meet friends and chill and he also sells cigars but you have to smoke outside. Give this place a shot!

I was recommended to go there for a friend to pick up their alcohol and they told me what to say to the people. When I went in the lady was kind of friendly but the man was not friendly at all. My mom comes there all the time to get a selection of beer she said you could create your own and when I went there he act like it wasn?t a thing and then just pointed to me where the selection was and was just not nice about anything. Your better off going to a grocery store.Expense beverages too. If you?re there to get Wine, I would just recommend going to a winery you?ll get your money more there than here and beer is to expensive also

Very impressed! I wasn?t sure what to expect since the first time I came by was right after the new owner took over and they were still under construction. The wine selection is different from anywhere else in town, and as soon as you ask for a recommendation, they are on it! I also wasn?t sure about their tapas and plates, but we ordered a few things and everything was great with a good presentation! Some places in Williamsburg are busier, but you do NOT get the servicethere like you get here. Knowing the owner is here, and takes such an investment in the place makes a huge difference! Highly recommend!

The Wine Seller has been a staple of my weekly plans for nearly a decade. When John took over three years ago, my experience here has only grown more positive, with the new remodel to increase seating, the music played, the homemade pizza and beer tastings, and the selections which have gotten far better than anything in years past. Top notch staff, great beer selections, and the atmosphere is amazing.
