King Crab - Williamsburg

Wow what a disappointment. We are locals and dine out often, and we were hoping this would be a new place to add to our list. We ordered 3 different seafood items to share: scallops, clams, and soft-shell crabs. They all tasted the same fried batter. The Cajun seasoning was non existent, and the waitress acted put out to bring us basics like cocktail sauce, salt and pepper, and drink refills.Maybe they will survive on one-time-only tourist business, but I assure you the locals won’t be fooled twice.

Went there on opening day and the staff was friendly and worked hard to get everyone seated and served. It was Superbowl Sunday so alot of people were getting takeout. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was good. Our server, Denae was awesome ?? she was professional and made sure our food was as we ordered it.

My wife and I recently dined at this restaurant. I ordered the crabcake with Cajun fries, but I found it to be just okay and not worth the price. My wife had the seafood bag and enjoyed it enough to want to return. The service was good, but the food took quite a long time to arrive, indicating they may be understaffed. Overall, I would rate it 3.5 stars, while my wife would give it 4 stars. Next time she wants to come here, I'll opt for the waffle house instead.

We were seated promptly for dinner and both our drinks and food arrived quickly. The quality of the food and drinks was very good. Our only issue was that the check arrived before we could order another round of drinks. Overall, this is a great spot if you're looking for a seafood boil.

I want to start by highlighting the positives. The flavor of the food was really good, especially the amazing lobster dish with a generous amount of delicious sauce. However, my overall rating of 3 stars is due to the undercooked potatoes which were extremely hard, and the crawfish that fell apart in tiny pieces and looked discolored. When I called to address the issue with the potatoes, I didn't even mention the disappointing crawfish.
