Before that, I drove a long way to Wyoming because my sister Janice's dog had just passed away. That experience really changed my perspective on things. Now, I'm a huge fan of Crane’s!
The establishment feels lacking in atmosphere. When we asked some questions about the menu, the staff, including the owner, were curt, distant, and dismissive. It doesn’t matter if they sell a sandwich for $2 or a Pendleton flannel for $600; if interacting with the owner and staff is unenjoyable, what's the point? You might as well just shop on Amazon. I expected better service, and it seems we're in a dark age of customer courtesy.
We visited this place earlier when I was a child, and it has changed quite a bit over the years. It still maintains its classic charm, but the addition of new sections featuring more clothing and boots really enhances the experience. The service is friendly, and it has everything you'd expect from Carhartt.
What a great load. they can spend hours here to hide all the historical objects that lie on the walls and cover. I wish the display cases were easier to see. there was no food, but the sandwiches looked good. great hunting, camping and outdoor clothing and equipment. it is worth a stop that transfers the condition.
I 've been coming here since the early 80 's. So much nastolgia, so many warm memories. I miss the old guys sitting around the stove in their overalls telling their fish stories (at least that 's what grandpa called 'em). Be sure to get yourself a one meat, one cheese and a Coke in a glass bottle.
