We ordered two large coffees with four sugars, four creamers, and just a little ice to cool them down. Instead, we received two iced coffees. When we explained to the staff that we wanted hot coffees with just a couple of ice cubes, she looked at us with a completely blank expression. After waiting ten minutes for new coffees, they turned out to be the same as the first ones. After driving for 16 hours and feeling exhausted, we were very disappointed. We won't be stopping by again. Service rating: 1.

The food here is consistently delicious, but the staff often seem unfriendly, giving the impression that they don't enjoy their work. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere each as a 5.
