So slow people got orders before us and they came in after

Cool KFC/taco bell location. The manager could be more helpful tho. It seemed like only 1 person was doing most of the work and the rest just stood around. Management needs a fixupParking: Good amount of spots

Very slow service. We ordered the original chicken sandwich and fries. It felt like we were chewing on a chickens wing with the bones still left in. And the buns were burnt. Absolutely disgusting. And to be honest the fries weren't much better. I'd stay far away from this place. I was honestly waiting for food poisoning to kick in. Luckily we survived the food. Will not eat there again.

We had to wait over an hour for our order. Many of the menu items were unavailable. The store was dirty, trash cans were overflowing. Bathrooms were gross. The sidewalks really needed to be cleared. Floors needed swept. MattThat being said the cashier explained that the flash snow storm kept the majority of the staff from being able to make it in. The entire store was manned by three staff member's. The restaurant was packed. manager was one of the staff unable to get to work.But, I want to praise the staff for hanging in. They met the orders in house and the drive through. The drive through girl took orders and then delivered them out side in the snow. They really pulled together and got the essentials of the job done. Those three employees deserve a bonus and positive recognition!!!!
