Grandzellas, is 2 buildings: The Inn, and the Deli-store-restaurant. I experienced the store and deli, while witnessed the restaurant. The store and deli offer a plethora of items, condiments, seasonings, olives, pastries, sandwiches, and even ice cream. I ordered a 12 inch hoagie sandwich, which was indeed delicious. Cost was $29.95 total. A bit expensive, yet paying for the experience of being at Grandzellas. Most items are bit expensive, yet most items are very particular in selection. I do highly recommend anyone travelling up and down the 5 interstate to come visit Grandzellas, and have a treat, or stop in their restaurant for a pizza. Vegetarian options: Yes. Parking: Open. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.
Vegetarian options: They will love the decorations in the bar. There to die for.
Family tradition to stop here , amazing food and staff as always ???
The atmosphere was great but that's was the only thing. We were a party of 6 and they tried to seat us at a 4 top. We asked to put 2 tables together and the girl was not helpful and kinda just made it more difficult. Everyone got their drinks but me, my sons glass had what looked like ranch smeared on the outside it was gross. I waited a while ended up going up to the bar to get my son a new drink and waited again still no drink for me. Finally got my drink !!!!! Literally it was a cherry coke. I got chicken Caesar it was not good the dressing was kinda sweet not tang like it should. My husband and my mom got the herb chicken pizza the crust was hard and there was no sauce like at all on the pizza. My daughter got gnocchi and they were burned. All and all it was complete waste of $130.00 my husband ate 2 pieces of the pizza and is now hold up in the bathroom at the hotel
I'll start this off by saying we arrived with a group of six, and right off the bat they set us up at a 4 seater table, with no extra seats, we had to move the tables ourselves and the staff were very passive aggressive about it even though we had been very respectful as we know there was a lot of us. They repeatedly forgot drinks and food. Our garlic chicken pizza had no sauce(We pealed it apart in search) and the crust was so hard and flavorless it could have passed as brick, my pasta was burnt, and overall we were ignored by the staff. The inside is beautiful but I would not recommend the food, I've been coming here for years but I was thoroughly disappointed, will not be returning. I'd suggest some of the other restaurants nearby because it isn't worth the stomach ache.
