Baskin-robbins - Williams

Totally craving ice cream at 8:30pm. I walked over from my hotel and when I got there it was closed. Website and sign on door said closes at 10pm. When I asked girl about closing time,she said, oh yea we changed that . I then said well it 's only 10 till 9 and her comment was,we 're closed. Very poor customer service. You just lost a customer!! You need to talk to your people about customer courtesy and if your sign says closes@10pm, then actually stay open till then. Don 'tclose early because you have a hot date on a Saturday night.

Great rest stop to enjoy a refreshing tasty ice cream. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Called ahead to check what time they closed since online said 10pm, they told me 9pm. Got there shortly before 830pm, roughly going to spend $25, we went to order a smoothie, a cappuccino blast and a banana split, the kid went and asked the girl at togos if they served blended drinks, she said they didn't sell them after 8pm, no sign indicating that was so. Then I asked the girl for the managers name and number, she just told me to call in the morning and the manager should beworking, so wouldn't give me the information. Obviously they were too worried about getting dishes dirty vs customer service and money. Will not ever go there again.

Clean store with a great big dining area! Located inside the Shell Station with a Togo's counter right next to Baskin-Robbins. A one-stop-shop! The Cappuccino Blast is a delicious and well-deserved pick me up. Also, a scoop of Mint Chocolate Chip in a fresh-baked waffle cone is much needed, after getting a Hot Pastrami at the Togo's counter of course! ????

We stopped in just as they where closing and where friendly enough to let us place out order for some icecream ???? Thank you #wezsonso
