I was passing through the area and decided to stop for lunch. The service wasn't impressive, even though it wasn’t very busy at the time. The restaurant was also freezing cold inside, which made the experience less enjoyable.

I’m really disappointed with this restaurant! I ordered a chicken burger and fries, and I made sure to leave a decent tip for the young man who brought my food to the car. Once I got back and took two bites, I realized the chicken was pink and raw inside, so I cut into it to check. I figured it was just an accident, so I went back to return it—no big deal. The girl at the bar even said "ew" when she saw it, and I appreciated her agreeing to replace it. Unfortunately, they overcooked the replacement burger until it was black and crispy on both sides. I didn’t think to take a picture of the raw burger because I didn’t expect this to be such a problem, but here’s a shot of my dinner.

I have dined at this restaurant many times, but this experience at the Red Robin in Wilkes Barre, PA, was by far the worst. The waitress accidentally spilled a glass of ice water all over me, soaking my shoulder and chair. When our order arrived, it was incorrect, and she didn’t return to our table after that. The food was cold. We requested to speak with the manager, who replaced the food and offered us dessert on the house, which we declined. Notably, there was no acknowledgment of the mess caused by the waitress, leaving me with a wet arm and shirt. It was truly disappointing. We had to ask other staff members for essentials like a box and napkins. I wish I knew the waitress's name, as this was a terrible experience overall.
