Vesuvio's - Wilkes Barre

Vesuvios would rather have a physically handicapped woman come bring the wrong/cold order back in the pouring rain than hold themselves accountable for their mistakes. They met my patience with misdirected attitude? so I ended up upset for that too. I brought all the food back and they STILL never refunded me. I?ll update this review if they ever do, unless they delete it again first, lol.

I have no idea why I haven't reviewed earlier, I just ordered pizza tonight (10/29/22) I got 2 large pies, one sweet sauce and one chicken bacon ranch for delivery, and not only is the pizza AMAZING, but the service is too! The owner threw in a little something extra, something small to most people but after a long, terrible day, meant the world to me! I order from here alot but now vesuvio's will be the ONLY pizzeria I order from because they are just amazing, thank you guys so so much for making my night ????

There breakfast pizza is AMAZING! I never had one this good. It?s just something you have to try. Can?t wait to go back again

Didn't receive half my order and the guy answering my phone was rude and arrogant. Blamed the missing order on Uber Eats when the driver said this was all he received. Proceeded to dismiss this and hung up the phone after saying He doesn't care. After 2 hours wait he didn't even apologize or offer a replacement pizza, and just said to go to Uber and tell them to deal with it. Clearly this place is not well run and needs to be looked into. Talked to my friends about this and they faced a similar experience, they don't properly send our orders at night and blame it on the Restaurant closing.

Ordered with door dash..driver wasn 't given the orange soda. Then I check my "manicotti ' and it 's a 4 pre-fab raviolis with a huge amount of sausage and 2 meatballs. I call the business and they blame it on door dash and tell me they don 't have manicotti. I tell them then why is it on their menu on door dash? Receipt clearly states it was rang in for manicotti the orange soda was the first item on the list..so who is really at fault here?
