Przekaż informację zwrotnąOn July 16, 2023, I placed an order through the online app for item #13 with an extra cheese option (which came with a $1.75 upcharge). Upon getting home and digging in, I was disappointed to find there was no cheese at all, even though the receipt indicated I had been charged for it. If I lived closer, I would have definitely gone back to have my order fixed. It’s frustrating to see so many staff members behind the counter but still not getting orders right. It's really disappointing. If the picture of the sub shows what was actually given, then that’s just unacceptable. If it was simply a mistake, I urge the team to pay more attention while doing their jobs.
If I could give it zero stars, I would. This is the second time they've added cheese to my order despite me specifically asking for no cheese. All I received were excuses for the mistake. It felt like a waste of both my money and time.
Extremely disappointed... overpriced, dirty and nothing compared to the new Primos right down the street... will never go back. Save your money go somewhere else
I loved everything about my experience! The service was incredibly fast, and every dish was prepared perfectly and tasted amazing. The staff were very friendly, and the interior was clean and nicely spaced out. Overall, it was a fantastic visit!
It's fine for a chain. Recently got a #13 Mikes way and it was OK, if your looking to go to a chain this is a better option than going to any one of the Subways in the area. Not quite as good as Priomos, who does have better ingredients, but is also more expensive, but a good place to get a consistent standard sub.
