The operation was flashy and very polite, my shady table did not require it to maintain stability and my reorder took it as self-evident is not so and very positive everywhere. Thistelhäuser Weizen vom Fass is already a bonus point, the Steak excellent medium and the Spätzle very tasty. This was served in a timely manner despite a well-stocked dining room and after the second wheat it was still time to enjoy a very neat espresso. I didn't expect an Italian coffee machine in Hesselbach. The food was worth more than the price. Then the Niebelungensteig went down again and I reached the next train to Frankfurt effortlessly. Conclusion: The restaurant does not have to be competitive, it is characterized by many convergent gastronomy.
