It was nice and clean and open to sit and eat. Customer service was as expected, nice.
I paid $20 to get an salat from Wildwood location. lettuce was brown. the wrong dressing came with. the dressing wasn't even full. too expensive for the quality they send out. very disappointed. I order them for work because I can't go. I won't waste my money anymore.
I went through the ride at 7:30 on a Friday morning, where there was a minimal line. I specially ordered the standard white and avocado breakfast sandwich and a coffee (not complicated.) The order overview on the screen was correct. When I got the article, the coffee was right, but the sandwich she gave me was literally a scrambled egg with a piece of cheese on French bread. I was in a hurry and halfway on the road so I could go back and correct it. However, this is really unacceptable, the staff needs better training and must confirm the customer order. If there was a lack of food, they had to let me know about the lack of sweeping under the carpet. Please focus on the quality or customers start to become a competitor.
Over my time living and working in Wildwood, this panera remains a remains the most disappointing in the Saint Louis region. If there is a panera I will get food poisoning from, it's this one. If one is going to be dirty, it's this one. It's consistently disappointing and only really has very young staff so the quality of customer service is low at best. If you have the time to visit another location, I highly recommend you do so.
