I decided that I was going to treat myself this morning to pineapple smoothie and the first smoothie I receivedwasn't blended not just with the ingredients, the syrup and the milk were definitely separated but also the ice was so large andnon blended that I couldn't actually drink it with the straw. I went back in the manager immediately took it from me andpolitely offered and remake it and gives me this one that she didn't even fill up. It looks like she just dumped it back in theblender and threw it back in the cup. At $4 drink it should at least be full or throw some whipped cream on it or somethingDon't just give me a cup that looks like somebody's been sipping on it for 10 minutes already!
: I ordered 4 McChicken and 2 McDonald 's Doubles and 2 large fries. I get my order and drive all the way home to realize I didn 't get the McDonald 's Doubles I drive back to the store at 11:40am and stood in line with about 6 other people. NO ONE onecounter. Then here comes 2 managers on their phones and still neither one came to the registers. A young lady finally made herway there and I presented my receipt and told her my issue. She went to the managers which one had green hair and the othernamed Rachael, she was heavy set with blonde hair. The young lady told them the guy missing the McDonald 's Doubles was back sothey were aware they messed up. Rachael was very nasty and rude and she took my food threw it in the bag and slung it over hershoulder and told the young lady Here . No apology, no nothing from no one. Rachael has a nasty attitude and needs to be talkedto. Unacceptable!!! My order is ice cold and I want an apology and I want my order replaced. Unacceptable behavior. I wantsomeone from corporate to contact me , I will leave a negative comment online about my experience. I want something done aboutRachael, totally Unacceptable fir someone in her position
Very nice place to grab a drink and some grub. The employees were very friendly and I got my order swiftly. The gentleman running the register was very polite and courteous. I believe his name was Tyler.
This manager needs recognition for his hard work and dedication and PATIENCE. He was trying to temporarily close the lobby for the safety of guests due to a large, unexpected influx of customers due to people evacuating from Hurricane Ian. People keptentering the locked lobby(me included not knowing the door was locked since another guest was holding the door open. Thismanager was still polite and orders were continually coming out with an efficient team.
Closed the doors at 8:20 PM and wouldn?t allow us in. People were in eating but no one would open the door and it says everywhere that it is open
