Doo Wop Drive In - Wildwood Crest

The best hamburger in Cape May County! My family has dined there four or five dozen times over the past few years. The cheese sandwich is excellent, and the large salad is fantastic as well.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The place was filthy and had an unpleasant smell, reminiscent of vomit. There were bugs buzzing around, even landing in our food. It was hard to find any staff; it felt like nobody was working. To make matters worse, the table next to us, which arrived after us, was served first. Our waitress also mixed up my order—she brought me a cheeseburger instead of the burger with fried onions that I requested. The floors and walls were dirty, and the overall smell was really off-putting. This restaurant is definitely not worth visiting. I won't be returning or recommending it to anyone.

I visited this restaurant for a quick breakfast before heading to the pool and beach. Since it was early, it wasn't crowded, and we were seated immediately. My boyfriend ordered a ham and cheese omelette with a side of bacon. I had already eaten before we arrived, so this was all him. He claimed it was the best omelette he had ever had! I tried a bite of his sausage, and it was delicious. Our server was attentive, making for a wonderful experience overall. I definitely plan to return for dessert later!

The food was average, and they were out of maple syrup.

The best breakfast in Wildwood! I highly recommend it—definitely a perfect 10/10.
