Sushi Ka - Wildomar

The sushi was average in flavor, but quite expensive. I've never encountered a restaurant that charges for sriracha sauce, especially at such high prices. The service was standard. I’m giving it 4 stars mainly due to the cost and the extra charge for the sriracha. I've dined at other establishments where the sushi tasted better and included unlimited sriracha.

The sushi at this restaurant is among the best in the area. I especially enjoyed the Alaskan roll. The presentation of the food and the restaurant's decor are outstanding. However, my main issue was with the service, which was surprisingly poor; our waiter had a cold demeanor, and we waited over 10 minutes for them to pick up our credit card, even though the restaurant wasn't crowded.

On October 18, I returned for lunch, where I ordered chicken teriyaki along with mixed sashimi and some mackerel sushi. Overall, everything was quite delicious, although I noticed again that the chicken was a bit dry and still somewhat chewy. This restaurant is a nice spot for Japanese cuisine, including sushi. During my visit, there was only one server managing a lot of customers, so she was definitely busy. Despite that, she was friendly, and I never felt rushed while eating. My meal arrived in a reasonable timeframe. The only downside was the chewiness of the chicken in my teriyaki dish. Overall, it's a great place to enjoy a meal.

We came in for lunch. Restaurant is clean. Service was good. Not so many customers. We are served right away. Fish quality is good. I liked my chirashi. It is pricey as lunch , so I gave 4 stars.

Came here because it was recommended by a friend and was not disappointed. The rolls were delicious and the fish was fresh. To top it off the employees were very friendly and helpful. Little expensive but overall a really good experience. Definitely coming again when I get the chance.
