Starbucks - Wigan

Be aware you can park but only for an hour or you end up with a £100 parking fee absolutely pathetic from a coffee shop

I have never been to a more disorganized Starbucks. They never have anything in stock. In the summer, they should consider stocking up on caramel and lemonade for the daily drinks. A couple of the staff members are pretty knowledgeable, but the new staff seem clueless. I will never go back there again. The tables are always dirty and if you stay in the parking lot for more than an hour, you might get a £100 parking fine, like my friend did. Absolutely disgusting.

I received a £100 parking fine after spending money at the coffee shop. It's ridiculous! I was only there for an hour and 15 minutes, spent about £40, and still got fined.

I went today at 3:45 asked for a Frappuccino got told they can’t do that sorry this is the 4th time in the matter of weeks I’ve been told this. I would like to know as I work in a coffee shop and as there on sale people should be able to purchase them. It’s always young girls who I feel clearly can’t be bothered to do it. However I went to costa they made me a mint Frappuccino which was lovely I will not be coming back to your store

Sat in drive through queue.Didn’t even bother ordering! The rats running round near the order point put us off! Yuck!!!
