Car dragged after 10min.... I put my KFz in the parking lot of the KFC today, then I got a burger at the neighboring MC Donalds for the one child, then I wanted to get something for the second child at the KFC... and the car was gone. The completely unfriendly manager at the KFC was stupid and said this is the only one.... With 2 soaked children and 12 € less with the taxi to Wiesbaden I was then allowed to pay 270 €.... for the towing service. It was a bad game. This was the last time in my life that I or my family represented a KFC. Just a freak. This is called customer satisfaction and customer loyalty....no longer in life.
