Wurstelstand am Hohen Markt - Wien

I hate to admit it..... but when all the Viennese restaurants are closed or don’t have any tables ..... don’t throw your arms up in disappointment....just go here and get a KaseKrainer. We hit it twice while recently in Vienna and it’s delicious!! The only...annoying thing is...... beggars and drunks! However, the sausage overrules the annoyances.

I've tried 3 tipes of sausages, and because where we come from, we also have this kind of food, I must say that they were very tasty and well prepared.

The sausages tasted great, especially recommend the Kasekrainer.. And the currywurst was not bad too.. All sausages are made with pork, and their pickled chili was quite nice as well.. Very good value for money and will definitely come back for more! And did I mention, the service was very good too! Highly recommended for anyone looking for cheap eats!

Yummy -- super great stand efficient and quick. Close to St. Stephens and better than other stands in the area!
