Weinbau Herrmann - Wien

This beautiful place was just a short walk from our hotel on the hill. Since we had eaten a late lunch in Vienna, we decided to find a place where we could simply enjoy some good wines, cheeses and other specialties of light food. Weinbrau Herrmann has fulfilled our wish perfectly. This is very nicely furnished complex that offers a beautiful view of the surrounding vineyards. The service staff is very good. There is a nice selection of wines, sausage, cheese and other specialties. The only negative I have is the amount of cigarette smoke in the main restaurant. We sat in the adjacent outer dining area, which is enclosed. I wouldn't have stayed in the main dining and bar area. Otherwise, this is a nice place to visit.

Beautiful location far away from Vienna's sights pampered by really bad food. Not so good. We will not come back

Strating with something positive: I think it's amazing that more and more traditional places like these offer vegan options. That being said, the lentil balls were pretty dry. We also had cabbage salad, Krautfleckerl (Austrian noodles with cabbage) and some pickles. The wine and Sturm were very good and the view and overall garden is absolutely gorgeous!

Es ist so wunderschön hier! Ein einzigartiger Heuriger! Gemütlich, ruhig, gute Preise, tolles Service. Was will man mehr? Traumhaft!

Ein sehr angenehmer Heuriger. Genießen Sie den Wein mitten inmitten der Weinrebenlauben. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Das Essen ist sehr gut. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen ist, dass man für Leitungswasser bezahlen muss, obwohl man gegessen und Wein getrunken hat.
