Caffe Meierei - Wien

BEST BRUNCH WE HAVE EVER HAD! Hands down! I had reservations for dinner and changed them to brunch at the recommendation of our hotel concierge. WOW! Have the Stadtpark breakfast you will NOT regret it!

Meierei is located in the city park, it's a very light place with professional waiters, good dishes, the largest cheese selection ever and good wines. We had the milk fed veal and guinea fowl, both dishes very well prepared.

The place was not busy, but the personal did a great task to neglect us and others, and when they finally arrived, she became aware, as it was forbidden, to smile and be polite. what a shame, as it is in the center, and in a beautiful small park. we had just coffee and ice cream, so the quality of food is unknown, but we will not be back to check it.

The meierei is a document from the time before and at the beginning of the miracle. here is everything authentic and you can't compare it with now. the waitresses are to be measured with completely different mass-sizes and you have to be a little patient, but there are plenty of time to wait for the sour milk and the butter bread with sliced liquor. who wants to improve something here can only make it worse.
