The Food you get is very average, huge portions and expensive. You can get more for your buck in Vienna definitely.Ambient is very rustic and it feels like a tipical Austrian place.Waiters are not so friendly and they are a little bit slow and have some memory troubles. I was with a group of 7 People and almost every course of meal or drinks they forgot one, it came afterwards very quickly.

We went there for a beer after a concert. The service was very welcoming and there is a big choice of beer. If you don't like beer at all it'll get difficult in there. Otherwise it's a lovely place to chill out in the evening.

Ok, I won't be back ; . Sorry, but probably one of the worst experiences so far, we ordered a red zwickl and got a mischung, the beerenpunsch was a joke, it basicslly consisted of a weak fruit tea with some berries and a drop of schnapps, I wouldn't even dare to call this a jaegertee ; . The apple, curry and ingwer soup with shrimpdumpling sounded intriguing enough to try it,... Well lets say it was interesting and ok but basically just tasted like curry. I ordered a baked potatoe with tuna. Mmmmhhh, I don't know what ur view is what a baked potatoe is, but they certainly have a weird view. I basically got a peeled potatoe dumped in an oily sauce covered with cheese and baked like a gratin. I guess it was kind of their luck that i was REALLY hungry else I would have sent it back. Maybe we should just had a normal lager and one of the many options of Schwarzbrot with various different spreads and stuff, they actually looked half decent,...

This is the average tavern that locals go to. Even though the focus is clearly on drinking beer, there are many dishes on the menu. Most eye-catching are the many types of spare ribs. Unfortunately the quality of the meat is not exactly the best, it's also not exactly fresh (which we could taste despite too much spices! and on top of all that the spareribs were dry. Service is good though.

Friday night in Vienna, looking for somewhere to eat. We had passed this place earlier in the day and though we would give it a try. Staff were very accommodating although we know next to no German. Although all the tables were reserved they squeezed us in before a reservation 90 minutes later. Choice of local beers and extensive choice of food.Menus were provided in English.
