Im allergic to Buffalo sauce and for some random reason it was all covered inside my 6inch sub. my sun also only had 11 tiny little pieces of lettuce and was basically empty. Im so upset. I cant drive due to seizures and so I can just hop in a car and go get a new one. Im so upset. I seriously just threw away $25.... I will NEVER order from them again. I am crying and now have nothing to eat for dinner.
This was our second order with Subway through DoorDash, and we were not impressed. During our first order, Subway didn't verify that the delivery was for a Dasher and ended up giving my order to someone else. As a result, it was delayed because the Dasher had to wait for a remake. In our second order, I didn't realize that when it said my order would arrive in an hour, it meant that DoorDash would be making multiple deliveries, which left my food sitting in the car getting cold and soggy. To make matters worse, I received an alternate order because Subway didn't have what I requested, and I never got a quick text or call to inform me of the substitution.
I ordered the oven-roasted turkey with lettuce, but you forgot to include the lettuce. I paid for that lettuce!
The service was quick and friendly. I only caught the name of one staff member, Elijah, but everyone was great!
I visited this restaurant a few years ago, and I found the food to be quick and consistently good. The staff was friendly, though at times a bit reserved. The manager, Tommy, always had a smile on his face. I would recommend stopping by if you're in Wicken Sticks.
