Looking for high-quality fast food Mexican cuisine? Look no further than Filibertos! The staff may be young and somewhat inexperienced, but their friendly attitude and willingness to assist make up for it. The chefs are on point, delivering delicious meals at a fast food pace. Just be warned, the portions are huge! Even ordering from the junior menu, I struggled to finish my burrito. On a previous visit, I had to take a third of my meal home. However, there is a concerning issue that the owner should address. While waiting for my order, I saw a customer washing their hands in a small basin in the main dining area. This unusual setup may be a copy of a southern tradition, but it raised questions about health standards in the restaurant. The customer's hands were dripping with water as he reached for the hot sauce, tomatoes, and peppers, creating a potential hygiene issue. Hopefully the management can address this issue promptly to ensure the safety of their customers. Overall, Filibertos offers great food, just be mindful of the peculiar handwashing setup.

This restaurant is not as fancy as other places, as it is situated next to a gas station, but it is still good. There are no restrooms, but they do have a salsa bar. The food is similar to other Filibertos locations, decent and reasonably priced. They serve generous portions, but the flavors are not exceptional enough to go out of your way for.
