The only complaint I have is at the Rock Rd location the drive thru speaker is horrible. As expensive as smoothies are you think they could invest in a speaker so you can actually hear the person while placing your order....amd it was definitely the speaker NOT the nice girl taking orders.
Amazing smooth king location! smootheias are always tasteful, thick and beautifully mixed. friendly staff and fast service that make their smoothies on time whether they order inside, in drive thru or online!
The rude staff. I refuse to go to this eastern place because of the sniffing/accompanying staff. please go to the western position, they are all on the west side.
Terrible experience. 15 minutes for two smoothies, and they were rude and only twidmling their thumbs instead of fulfilling the commands. I wish they didn't want to pay in front because I never tipped them
Refreshingly clean charging with a super friendly staff. interesting about vegan options and helpful in creating suggestions. would definitely come back.
