Absolutely delicious. Best Chinese food I've had since leaving California. They let me get their crystal or clear spring rolls with shrimp instead of ham. They were so good. Full of cilantro and herbal flavor. Came with a delicious peanut hoisen sauce I believe. Their wonton soup was delicate. Not a lot of ingredients. Just some broth, wontons, and a couple of bok choy. But the wontons were absolutely stuffed with meat and flavor. I couldn't get enough. And it was inexpensive. I really enjoyed it. I also had their firecracker shrimp. It came out beautiful, adorned with orange slices and just looked incredibly appetizing. The ginger, garlic, and orange flavor was perfect with the fresh shrimp. There were also many water chestnuts to enhance the flavor. Perhaps the best shrimp dish I've ever had in my life. And finally I had the beef lo mein. The beef is absolutely succulent and to die for. The noodles were so soft and almost melt in your mouth. They were the perfect complement to the vegetables and the meat; perfectly cooked broccoli with so much flavor. I've been to like 16 Asian restaurants since I moved to Wichita in January, and I think I found my place. It's the best.
Food is good with super veggie options they?re sketchy about reliability though so don?t get your heart set on it.
Great food for a great price. The lunch special comes with soup, crab Rangoon, egg roll, tempura veggies, rice and a choice of entree for $11. We also got an appetizer of spicy dumplings that had the most amazing peanut sauce. It was so much food, we didn?t need the appetizer but it was so tasty that I?m glad we got it. This will become a regular lunch place for sure!
Great place with cultural ambiance, good quality and tasty food, friendly staff and all this at affordable prices. We order Pad Thai, appetizer platter, drunken noodles, panang curry, Tom Yum soup and fried rice. Typical mango sticky rice for dessert (too sweet for me and rice wasn?t properly cooked in coconut milk but fresh mangoes). All the food was not overly spiced and tasted great, the appetizer platter was so worth trying as it come with spring rolls, chicken wings, potato wedges, potato cutlet, cream cheese rangoons with two dipping elements (sweet and sour sauce and wasabi -pungent alert) The staff were not pushy and attentive about our preference for vegetarians in the group. Must try place if you are in town. The restaurant was super clean as well.
