Ihop - Wichita

Love the new restaurant, more open and light. Food is always good. Very friendly waitresses.

Chicken was hard and seemed like it was cooked the day before Burger was dry and cheese was hard Sausage links were undercooked. Oreo cookie milkshake was mostly all whipped cream. Seen server twice. Once when he took our order and again when he brought us the bill. Overall a horrible experience. Huge waste of $60 . Highly disappointed with the food and service .

There was not enough staff available on a busy Saturday morning at this restaurant. It took more than 30 minutes to receive our drinks and another 45 minutes for our food. We had to repeatedly request coffee refills. However, the waiter was friendly, doing his best, and very apologetic for the delays.

The restaurant is fantastic with delicious food, but be prepared for it to be busy due to its popularity. The staff are excellent and will ensure you have a great experience despite the crowded atmosphere.

Went to IHOP to try their Pumpkin spice pancakes. Got there a little after 7am on Labor Day. Only 3 others there when we arrived and maybe 5 when we left 30 mins later. Service was prompt and after order received food in about 10 mins. Over all food was good but both son and I thought the pancakes required more Pumpkin spice flavor.
